  Alwan Pharmacy has some SERIOUS problems! My 89 yr old mother has her 12 prescriptions packaged for the month. Last month they were 6 days late on her "order" due to the fact that someone, but they didn't know who and no record of who, told them to hold off as her medicine may change!! No changes were to be made. This month I called them a week prior to her monthly pickup, 3 days prior and then the day of to remind them that today she would be out of pills. I was told that they are working on them. Finally went there around 4PM and sat until 6:20, they close at 6:30PM, before her meds were ready. Needless to say, her prescriptions are being moved to a more reliable pharmacy. To make matters worse, they had ME verify and check off that her prescriptions were correct!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Isn't that why you go to a pharmacy and not mail order out of Mexico????????????? Never again and I would highly suggest others reconsider using this pharmacy!
