  We needed a furnace and an A/C unit. Garber came out to look at our current system and to give us an estimate. Unfortunately, they didn't quote us our estimate that day. They set up an appointment to come back to review our options. They called an hour and a half after they were due to arrive to cancel that appointment because they were running and hour and a half behind.
  
  We rescheduled and ended up sitting at home for appointment number two while missing my son's baseball game. Two hours after the appointment was suppose to begin they again called to reschedule. If this is how they treat a customer that they are trying to make a sale to how do they treat you during installation and any required follow up care?
  
  We went with Fritch's and had our furnace and A/C installed within a week of our call, the day after Garber stood us up for the second/last time. If your need prompt and courteous service go with Fritch's Hearing and Cooling. My time is too valuable for Garber.
