I cannot say enough how truly amazing Morton Peds is. As a first time mom calling after hours for every funny sneeze I was always reassured by a nurse and felt comfortable with the advice and answers given. As my son got older and our family expanded we have been so happy time and time again with our decision to choose Dr. Cross for our childrens healthcare. At one time or another we have seen all of the physicians and I have never had anything to complain about. Amy is such a wonderful nurse. She is super nice and helpful and whenever they need shots she makes it quick and the babies are happy just seconds after. Our 4 year old says they dont even hurt. Dr. Cross is always playful and makes the kids feel very important. Something I really appreciate is that no matter who is the patient for the day if my husband and I have a question about any of the children or their growth Dr. Cross and Amy dont miss a beat in answering and take the time to help us fully understand what we need to know. From the front desk to the people after hours on the phone, in the last 4 years I have never had an issue with waiting or scheduling. I wish I could give ten stars because this office really knows how to make young parents feel safe and secure about any and all healthcare decisions!
