  I came here for an eyebrow wax and a Brazilian. I was unhappy with the eyebrow wax because my brows were much thinner than I wanted. They could not have been any more helpful- they arranged for me to come in and show me how I could fill in my brows to get the look I wanted. They gifted me the brow kit and refunded me the wax. This is how you do customer service. No client will be happy 100% of the time, but soderstrom took the time to do whatever they could to make my experience positive. They really went above and beyond!
